Down on the Farm: Beer Dinner with The Brewing Projekt
It’s happening! Our ONLY Beer Dinner of 2025!
Join us for a one-night-only evening of chef-crafted food, craft beer pairings, and fall fun at Together Farms.
Chef Andrew Johnson has created a five-course menu, each dish perfectly paired with a beer from Eau Claire’s The Brewing Projekt. Owners Will & Becky will be here in person, pouring their brews, sharing stories, and keeping the night lively.
Don’t love beer? No problem, hand yours to your plus-one (they won’t complain), or order a cider or wine recommendation from the bar and enjoy your own pairing. Either way, this night is all about great flavors, community, and celebrating the season before winter shuts us down.
Menu & Pairings
• Warm pretzel knot, IPA beer cheese mousse, mustard drizzle (IPA)
• Smoked sausage & sauerkraut pierogi, brown butter, chive sour cream (Oktoberfest Lager)
• Pickled sole escabeche, beet purée, pickled apples, fennel salad, citrus vinaigrette (Sour Ale)
• Braised pork belly with stout-cocoa glaze, root vegetables, parsnip-potato purée (Stout)
• Warm apple strudel bites with malted cream, stout-chocolate sauce, candied pecans (Barrel-Aged Stout)
