79th Annual Gilmanton Free Fair

The Gilmanton Free Fair—known as Wisconsin’s Biggest Little Fair—is a fun, family-friendly tradition that’s been running since 1947 in Gilmanton, WI. Held each summer at the Gilmanton Fairgrounds, this free event is packed with small-town charm and classic fair fun like tractor pulls, softball games, cook-offs, bean bag tournaments, live music, and a parade. It’s completely volunteer-run, with proceeds supporting local schools and community projects. This year’s fair is happening July 11–13, 2025, and it’s the perfect way to enjoy a weekend of music, food, and summer vibes. Bring a lawn chair, some cash for the vendors, and enjoy a great time with the community!
