Happy Trails Dog Training Thereapy
On June 13 at 7:00 p.m.in the Merrick State Park Nature Center, Fountain City, WI, Cindy Pringle from Happy Trails Training Center will be hosting an informative dog training demonstration. She is both the instructor and coordinator for the Therapy Dog program at Happy Tails since 2023. Cindy and her Therapy Dog Murphy have over 200 hours of visits in Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Schools and Hospices. In the past 5 years she has certified over 150 dogs that are now serving the community as Therapy Dogs. Additionally, she trains and competes in Agility and Rally events with her dogs. We request that you leave your pets at home due to live animals in the program.
Every program is sponsored by the Friends of the State of Wisconsin State Parks and Merrick State Park Turtle volunteers. Also “Your” generous donations are always appreciated at each park program which enable us to help sponsor future programs. ALL programs are FREE however a 2026 VEHICLE annual sticker or day pass is required. For your vehicle admission, it may be purchased 1) online, 2) at the first brown building as you enter, or 3) at the kiosk just past the first brown building.
