Mondovi, Wisconsin was laid out as a village in 1855, is located on the Buffalo River and hosts the Buffalo County Fair. Mondovi is the eastern gateway to Buffalo County with access from Interstate 94. Exit State Highway 37 at Eau Claire, Wisconsin and head to Mondovi.

Hiking, Biking & More on an old railroad bed, the Buffalo River State Trail passes through Mondovi. This 36.4 mile multi-use trail offers a safe & scenic place for snowmobiling, horseback riding, ATV riding, hiking & biking. The trail runs from Mondovi to Fairchild, Wisconsin.

Recreational Parks are numerous in Mondovi. Mirror Lake Park has a scenic view of the lake, playground equipment, picnic areas & shelters. A public boat landing is located at the park and an accessible fishing pier accommodates anglers & sightseers of all abilities. Sharps Point Park is the site of the Mondovi Veteran’s Memorial and is located along the banks of Mirror Lake. Mondovi’s Tourist Park offers amenities and attractions for all ages with camping and a history museum.

Golf at the Valley Golf Course and you’ll enjoy the rolling hills of Buffalo County. This 18-hole course has a par 70 layout measuring over 6500 yards.
